  • 1 can (15 oz) red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup crushed tortilla chips (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.
  2. Add the diced onion, minced garlic, and diced red bell pepper to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes, red kidney beans, black beans, beef broth, and tomato paste to the skillet. Stir to combine.
