Sumptuous Sea Salt-infused Savory Goat Milk Avocado Delight


Title: Sumptuous Sea Salt-infused Savory Goat Milk Avocado Delight

Ingredients:

1. 2 ripe avocados
2. 1 cup of goat milk
3. 1 tsp of sumptuous sea salt
4. 1 tbsp of olive oil
5. 1 garlic clove, minced
6. Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
7. Fresh basil leaves, torn
8. 1 small red onion, finely chopped
9. 1 tomato, chopped
10. 1 tbsp of white balsamic vinegar
11. Fresh mint leaves, torn

Preparation:

1. Start by preparing your ingredients. Chop the tomato and red onion, mince the garlic, and tear the basil and mint leaves.

2. In a bowl, add the sumptuous sea salt and the goat milk. Stir until the salt dissolves completely.

3. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh. Place it in the bowl with the goat milk and mash it gently until smooth.

4. Drizzle the olive oil into the bowl, followed by the minced garlic. Mix everything together, and season with freshly ground black pepper.

5. Gently fold in the chopped tomato and red onion, along with the white balsamic vinegar, fresh basil and mint leaves.

6. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

7. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to develop.

8. Serve as a healthy and delicious appetizer, side dish, or even a light main course. Garnish with additional fresh basil and mint leaves if desired.
