Description: A mouthwatering recipe that combines the richness of Beef Bliss with the savory flavors of garlic butter and herbs, resulting in a tender and juicy pan-seared beef dish that’s sure to impress.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs Beef Bliss ( Ribeye or Striploin), cut into 1-inch thick steaks
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley leaves, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your skillet or cast-iron pan over medium-high heat. Season the Beef Bliss steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the preheated pan and let it melt. Sear the Beef Bliss steaks for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Transfer the steaks to a plate and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  3. In the same pan, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.
  4. Add the chopped parsley and thyme to the pan and cook for an additional 30 seconds, until the herbs are slightly wilted.
  5. Stir in the lemon juice and cook for 1 minute, until the sauce has slightly thickened.
  6. Slice the rested Beef Bliss steaks against the grain and serve with the garlic butter and herb sauce spooned over the top. Garnish with additional parsley leaves, if desired.
