Ingredients:

For the Chicken:
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 tablespoon dried Italian oregano
– 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the sauce:
– 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
– 1/4 cup chicken broth
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

For serving:
– Cooked pasta (optional)
– Fresh basil leaves
– Shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Season both sides of each chicken breast with salt, pepper, and dried Italian oregano.
3. In a large, oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
4. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the sauce by placing the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, honey, minced garlic, and dried Italian seasoning in a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
