Recipe: Spicy Green Grapes and Red Grapes Burst in a Fresh and Tangy Salad

Ingredients:
– 2 cups seedless green grapes
– 2 cups seedless red grapes
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
– 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
– 1 tablespoon thinly sliced red onion

Instructions:
1. Rinse the grapes and pat them dry. Put them in a large mixing bowl.
2. In a small bowl, prepare the dressing by whisking together olive oil, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
3. Drizzle the dressing over the grapes and gently toss to combine.
4. Add chopped fresh mint and parsley to the salad.
5. Sprinkle the toasted slivered almonds and thinly sliced red onion on top.
6. Toss gently to combine without breaking the grapes.
