Delightful Corn Medley with Sweet and Savory Glaze

Ingredients:

For the Sweet and Savory Glaze:

– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 4 cloves of garlic, minced
– 3 tablespoons honey
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
– 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning

For the Corn Medley:

– 6 ears of corn, husked and silk removed
– 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
– Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and Old Bay Seasoning. This will be the sweet and savory glaze.

3. Place the corn ears on the prepared baking sheet. Brush with half of the glaze.

4. Loosely wrap each cob in aluminum foil.

5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the kernels have softened and the corn has a slight char.

6. Remove the corn from the oven and brush with the remaining glaze.

7. Sprinkle the melted butter, chopped chives, salt, and black pepper over the corn.

8. Toss the corn gently to coat with the melted butter and seasonings.

9. Serve the Delightful Corn Medley while warm and enjoy the wonderful sweet and savory combination.
