Creamy Delight Dessert

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
- 5 tablespoons seedless raspberry preserves
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish

In a mixing bowl, add cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk everything together until combined.

Sift cornstarch over the mixture, stirring well until the cornstarch has fully dissolved.

Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook until the mixture thickens and begins to boil, about 10 to 12 minutes.
